Responsibilities
- Lead hardware product development efforts through the NPI process.
- Create statement of work (SoW) documents for complex technical programs.
- Interface with customers and partners to develop program plans.
- Lead a cross-functional team to deliver products to market.
- Prepare and present program status updates to senior management.
- Track and report on program states, identifying and resolving concerns.
- Drive coordination of engineering programs, including scheduling and cost analysis.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of NPI hardware engineering and leadership experience.
- Design engineering and manufacturing experience with rack-mounted equipment.
- Experience with multiple engineering disciplines (electrical, mechanical, etc.).
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Significant knowledge of hardware development.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or industrial) or equivalent experience; MS/MBA and PMP desirable.
