Responsibilities
- Design, develop, build, and test avionics systems for reusable transport spacecraft.
- Hands-on prototyping, troubleshooting, and testing of avionics and electrical systems.
- Drive rapid execution and iteration efforts to put hardware in orbit quickly.
- Foster technical excellence and ownership within the Avionics engineering team.
- Design avionics systems that meet company and mission goals.
- Negotiate requirements with a deep understanding of company objectives.
- Implement test plans and conduct design and readiness reviews.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science discipline.
- Flexibility in direction under changing circumstances.
- Track record of delivering excellent technical products.
- Experience managing analysis products and feedback incorporation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant experience varies by position level (1-5 years).
- Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree and experience with RF design and design software.
