Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Design Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Facilities teams.
- Utilize engineering and technical information to support the build of test vehicles.
- Develop the bill of process and manufacturing bill of materials for various components.
- Support the Test Aircraft shop floor through RCCA and continuous improvement activities.
- Implement process control plans to ensure process capability.
- Assist in first unit builds, inspections, and testing of the production system.
- Develop specifications for tooling and automated equipment.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience in Aerospace.
- Preferred bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience using shop tools and understanding aircraft safety standards.
- Knowledge of composite material layup and final assembly processes.
- Ability to review geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
