Responsibilities
- Support the development and launch of new cosmetic packaging.
- Assist in the creation and revision of 3D CAD models.
- Participate in product testing and performance validation.
- Help draft and organize engineering documentation, including FMEAs and PQPs.
- Follow internal engineering processes and maintain technical drawings.
- Communicate project updates using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align on packaging goals.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Some academic or internship experience in product development or packaging.
- Familiarity with CAD software; SolidWorks experience is a plus.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with teams.
- General interest in packaging, beauty, or consumer products.
