Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and procedures.
- Design and maintain test fixtures and automation tools.
- Create and maintain test scripts and software tools using programming skills.
- Manage and analyze test data using SQL databases.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate calibration processes.
- Travel to contract manufacturing facilities to oversee testing activities.
- Maintain documentation of test procedures, results, and defect logs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in test engineering for complex electro-mechanical products.
- Strong understanding of robotics principles and control systems.
- Familiarity with optics principles for positioning and alignment.
- Proficiency in root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
