Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot manufacturing systems and electronic equipment to resolve technical issues and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency gains and enhanced product quality.
  • Design and optimize mechanical and electronic systems to support manufacturing equipment.
  • Document engineering activities and maintain accurate records of designs and testing outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, production, and quality.
  • Support process validation and optimization through data collection and analysis.
  • Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to technical challenges in manufacturing.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, computer, biomedical, industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering).
  • Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and experience with electronic design automation tools.
  • Knowledge of electronic circuits and system-level troubleshooting techniques.
  • Effective communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
  • Technical aptitude and attention to detail in engineering settings.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing and quality standards, including FDA regulations.
  • Preferred experience through internships or capstone projects related to electronic systems or medical devices.
