Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving to prevent production downtime.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting for designs and performance analysis.
- Developing and optimizing systems and processes for improved reliability.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive performance.
- Completing foundational courses and participating in team discussions within the first 30 days.
- Leading projects and contributing significantly to team initiatives within the first year.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software, Biomedical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in reading schematics and generating documentation.
- Knowledge of electronic circuits and lab equipment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in teams.
- Detail-oriented with technical aptitude.
- Preferred experience in engineering internships or capstone projects related to electronic devices.
- Understanding of manufacturing and quality standards, including FDA regulations.
