Responsibilities
- Conducts methods engineering analysis including process design and time studies.
- Participates and leads industrial engineering projects, implementing quality tools and processes.
- Evaluates ergonomics and human factors, recommending workspace improvements.
- Develops and implements manufacturing facility designs and material handling systems.
- Supports new product introductions with manufacturing line design and tooling development.
- Provides guidance on capacity data and asset utilization in production.
- Establishes standards and procedures for assigned responsibilities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 2-4 years of experience in industrial engineering or related area.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and use personal protective equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze solutions.
- Effective communication skills for explaining complex information.
- Informal leadership abilities to guide new team members.
- Understanding of key business drivers and their application in work.
