Responsibilities
- Interface with other engineering functions to coordinate the release of new products
- Estimate manufacturing costs
- Determine time standards and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements
- Develop design methods and parameters, project methodology, and/or project proposals
- Develop and use test procedures
- Participate in the preparation of concept and feasibility studies
- Gather operational and test data and evaluate results
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Good academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship needed
- Previous internship or related field experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Ability to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions
