Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain methods and processes for fabrication.
- Coordinate product improvements and new product releases with engineering.
- Estimate manufacturing costs and recommend tooling and process requirements.
- Develop and use test procedures, assisting with test specifications.
- Gather operational and test data, evaluating results for improvements.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of business processes.
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for assembly/test issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Up to 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in tight spaces and use hand/power tools.
- Capability to work in a clean room environment with PPE.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze solutions.
- Understanding of key business drivers and operational impacts.
- No supervisory responsibilities but able to guide new team members.
