Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains methods and processes for fabrication.
- Interfaces with engineering functions for product improvements and new products.
- Estimates manufacturing costs and recommends tooling and process requirements.
- Develops test procedures and assists in defining test specifications.
- Conducts root cause analysis for assembly and test issues.
- Evaluates work methods and maintains business processes.
- Mentors and trains lower-level engineers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 4-7 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments.
- Demonstrates expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related fields.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex information.
- Leadership qualities and ability to guide less experienced colleagues.
