Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains methods and processes for fabrication.
- Coordinates with engineering functions for product improvements and new product releases.
- Estimates manufacturing costs and determines time standards.
- Develops test procedures and assists in defining test specifications.
- Gathers operational and test data for evaluation and improvement.
- Evaluates work methods and participates in process maintenance.
- Conducts root cause analysis and provides failure analysis reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of DFx principles to improve product quality and reduce costs.
- Ability to work in tight spaces and under various physical conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze solutions.
- Informal guidance to new team members.
- Understanding of business drivers relevant to the role.
