Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain methods, operating sequences, and processes in fabrication.
- Coordinate with other engineering functions for product improvements and new releases.
- Estimate and reduce manufacturing costs while improving product quality.
- Determine time standards and recommend tooling and process requirements.
- Develop and evaluate test procedures and test results.
- Identify root causes and corrective actions for assembly or testing issues.
- Ensure operational success through continuous improvement and lean principles.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1–2 years of semiconductor or relevant industry experience preferred.
- General knowledge of the semiconductor industry.
- Ability to work in a clean room environment with appropriate PPE.
- Physical capability to perform tasks including standing, walking, and lifting.
- Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
