Responsibilities

  • Assist with design validation of various electronic designs, including measuring electrical signals with a scope or multi-meter and performing statistical analysis on captured data.
  • Install and troubleshoot electronic assemblies on Applied Materials equipment.
  • Support the development and validation of firmware for custom electronics.

Job Requirements

  • Must be pursuing a Doctorate or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
  • Maintain good academic standing with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale.
  • Preferred experience with electronic lab equipment (scope, multimeter, function generators).
  • Highly desirable experience with FPGA (Intel/Altera tool chain) or MCU (STM32 tool chain).
