Responsibilities
- Design and build prototypes of Softgoods products.
- Collaborate with Industrial Design and engineering teams.
- Integrate electrical and mechanical components into Softgoods.
- Define Softgoods architectures for new product categories.
- Utilize CAD for product design.
- Present technical concepts to multi-disciplinary teams.
- Learn about Softgoods materials and assembly processes.
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3+ years of product design experience with extensive CAD experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present technical concepts effectively.
- Preferred MS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience with NX software.
- Previous experience in Softgoods and/or wearables product design.
