Responsibilities
- Manage IQC, IPQC, OQC, and ORT processes.
- Drive quality readiness at the factory for development builds and mass production.
- Resolve quality issues in development builds and present findings to executives.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and safety teams on quality control measures.
- Conduct reviews of Field/Factory Quality Data with OEM partners.
- Prepare OK to Ship documentation for new product launches.
- Develop and execute reliability testing plans during new product introductions and mass production.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or development of consumer electronics, with battery experience preferred.
- BS/MS or equivalent in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- PhD or equivalent in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Experience in metrology and manufacturing quality control practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with statistical tools.
- Knowledge of reliability methods and quality sampling methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
