Responsibilities
- Manage IQC, IPQC, OQC, and ORT.
- Drive quality readiness at the factory for development builds and mass production.
- Address quality issues in development builds and present findings to executives.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and safety teams for quality control setups.
- Conduct reviews of Field/Factory Quality Data with OEM partners.
- Prepare OK to Ship documentation for new product launches.
- Develop and execute module reliability testing plans during NPIs and MP.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing or development of consumer electronics (battery experience preferred).
- BS/MS or equivalent in Chemical/Mechanical/ECE Engineering.
- Experience in metrology and manufacturing quality control practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical systems knowledge.
- Familiarity with reliability methods and quality sampling methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability to a dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in design/manufacturing of battery modules is a plus.
