Responsibilities
- Manage the development cycle/flow of digital circuit design projects.
- Collaborate with design, CAD, and technology teams to create project plans.
- Identify and resolve blockers in project execution.
- Drive cross-functional teams to solve complex technical problems.
- Participate in technical discussions and project management activities.
- Ensure effective communication of project schedules and dependencies.
- Lead and inspire team members while managing conflicting priorities.
Job Requirements
- BS in engineering field with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in digital circuit design.
- Program/project management experience in Silicon projects preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with effective communication abilities.
- Ability to manage complex projects under tight schedules.
- Experience in post-silicon debug and multiple silicon tapeouts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
