Responsibilities
- Conduct field investigations.
- Execute triangulation, coordinate, and total station field measuring to locate evidence and document scenes.
- Inspect sites, vehicles, and other evidence for forensic investigation.
- Report and collect evidence, including forensic photos and videos.
- Apply engineering principles per industry standards to investigation analysis.
- Produce written technical reports detailing observations and conclusions.
- Provide expert-level consultation to clients to assist with technical questions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomechanical, Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering, or working towards it.
- Strong organizational skills and results-oriented attitude.
- Mathematically and technologically inclined with adaptability to new environments.
- Ability to work remotely or travel to job sites.
- Physical ability to perform duties such as climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
