Responsibilities
- Understand and manage hardware and software components of the Wisp system.
- Respond to incidents, diagnose issues, and determine root causes of failures.
- Lead postmortem analyses to develop strategies for preventing future incidents.
- Provide field support for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of products.
- Create comprehensive documentation of troubleshooting steps and system states.
- Collaborate with engineers to build solutions and pivot deployments as needed.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Familiarity with networking and Linux systems.
- Experience managing DoD programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Background in operational support for advanced systems.
- Proven experience working with multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
