Responsibilities
- Responsible for successful program execution and meeting business financial commitments.
- Build trust and accountability within teams and with stakeholders.

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in defense.
- Proven track record supporting large-scale, complex programs.
- Strong understanding of contracting processes and program management stages.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong financial management skills, including budget development.
- Experience with program metrics and dashboard management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
