Responsibilities
- Lead production design readiness for NPI programs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for production efficiency.
- Develop and execute production readiness plans.
- Coordinate with engineering and supply chain teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks impacting project timelines.
- Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure resource allocation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in operations program management.
- Proven track record in launching new products into production.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, etc.).
- Familiarity with ERP, MRP, MES, and PLM systems.
- Eligible for U.S. security clearance.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
