Responsibilities
- Lead production design readiness for NPI programs to ensure successful product launches.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and execute production readiness plans, ensuring production capacity and supply chain capability.
- Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams for alignment on pre-production efforts.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks impacting project timelines or operational readiness.
- Provide regular updates to internal teams and leadership regarding project status and risks.
- Monitor project budgets and focus on resolving issues for successful production transition.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in operations program management, production, or manufacturing.
- Proven track record of launching new products into full-rate production.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Familiarity with ERP, MRP, MES, and PLM systems.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.
