Responsibilities
- Lead production design readiness for new product introduction (NPI) programs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
- Develop and execute production readiness plans.
- Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines.
- Provide regular updates on project status and solutions to stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation for production readiness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in operations program management or manufacturing.
- Proven track record in launching new products into production.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Familiarity with ERP, MRP, MES, and PLM systems.
- Eligible for U.S. security clearance.
