New Product Introduction Engineer

The New Product Introduction Engineer at Anduril Industries will be responsible for overseeing the initial vehicle builds for new products, ensuring successful qualification campaigns, field-testing, and establishing scalable production processes.

• Ownership over initial vehicle builds, including development and flight test hardware.
• Early inventory stocking and low-rate supply chain oversight.
• Resolving development testing failures and incorporating them into product design.
• Low-rate production space planning.
• Collaborating with design engineers to refine the product before production handoff.
• Providing DFX feedback to reduce build time and quality issues.
• Handing off a mature product to the production organization for high-rate scaling.

• 2+ years of mechanical/design experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in immersive technical projects.
• Demonstrated project/technical leadership skills.
• CAD skills and ability to produce high-quality engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with manufacturing and assembly methods.
• Proficient in hands-on prototyping techniques.
• BS or MS in mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience.
