New Product Introduction Engineer

The New Product Introduction Engineer at Anduril Industries will be responsible for overseeing the initial vehicle builds for new products, managing the transition from design to production, and ensuring successful qualification campaigns.

• Ownership of initial vehicle builds and oversight of technicians
• Early inventory stocking and low-rate supply chain oversight
• Resolve development testing failures and incorporate into product design
• Low-rate production space planning
• Collaborate with design engineers to address build and test issues
• Provide DFX feedback to reduce build time and quality issues
• Hand-off a mature product for high-rate scaling

• Experience in immersive technical projects
• Demonstrated project/technical leadership skills
• 2+ years of mechanical/design experience
• CAD skills and ability to create high-quality engineering drawings
• Familiarity with manufacturing and assembly methods
• Proficient in hands-on prototyping
• BS or MS in mechanical engineering, or equivalent work experience
