Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure timely completion of hardware development tasks.
- Build complex electromechanical assemblies, solder electronic modules, and flash/load software onto devices.
- Perform precision PCB rework, including soldering and component replacement.
- Build cable assemblies and wiring harnesses, including crimping and continuity testing.
- Fabricate test fixtures and support engineering workflows.
- Support board-level testing and troubleshoot electrical assemblies.
- Document build steps and maintain lab organization.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience in an R&D environment as an engineering technician.
- Solid background in electronics and familiarity with electrical engineering principles.
- Hands-on experience with building electro-mechanical hardware.
- Proficiency with PCB rework and troubleshooting electrical assemblies.
- Familiarity with basic electrical test equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- U.S. Person status required for access to export controlled data.
