Responsibilities
- Execute and support assigned tasks and project activities.
- Support engineering activities by building prototypes and preparing feasibility test units.
- Perform testing, checkout, and troubleshooting functions based on defined plans.
- Conduct repairs and reworks of PCBAs and cable harnesses.
- Procure and source electrical components under the guidance of engineers.
- Fabricate special test equipment and harnesses.
- Utilize standard test equipment for testing and troubleshooting.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an engineering technician in a prototype/engineering development lab.
- Ability to read and understand complex PCBA schematics and cable assembly drawings.
- Experience with building and troubleshooting prototype electro-mechanical hardware.
- Familiarity with standard electrical prototyping processes and IPC standards.
- Knowledge of electrical components and basic electrical engineering concepts.
- Familiarity with basic electrical test equipment such as DMMs and oscilloscopes.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export-controlled information.
