Responsibilities
- Lead End of Line test plan definition for new products and features.
- Determine test strategies for product safety and reliability.
- Design and execute tests for PCBA and electrical system components.
- Analyze data and communicate results to resolve product issues.
- Design and implement next-generation test automation hardware systems.
- Manage purchasing, build, integration, and commissioning of functional testers.
- Develop test procedures and automation from component to system level.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Schematic Capture and/or PCBA layout.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (C/C++/C#, Python, MATLAB).
- Experience with communication bus protocols (USB, I2C, SPI, etc.).
- Understanding of lab safety protocols and measurement analysis techniques.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
