Responsibilities
- Lead projects related to mechanical improvements and troubleshooting.
- Manage projects ensuring safe, effective, and reliable solutions.
- Organize and communicate electrical projects and initiatives.
- Develop PLC programming and operator screens.
- Ensure compliance with specifications and code requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and problem solving with teams.
- Support maintenance with advanced controls troubleshooting.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3-10 years of engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs and control systems.
- Experience with servo motion control and AutoCAD preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
