Responsibilities
- Build and manage the Mac @ Anaplan program leveraging JAMF.
- Support the Microsoft 365 environment, Azure, AWS, and Active Directory.
- Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 applications for performance and user satisfaction.
- Design and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint and mobile device management.
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve user experience.
- Train End-User IT teams to offload portions of the program.
- Identify gaps and recommend changes to enhance stability, reliability, and security.
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience with MacOS, JAMF, and enterprise-level scripting.
- Significant experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
- Experience with networking, monitoring tools, and IAM services.
- 5+ years of experience managing corporate IT systems in a cloud-first environment.
- BA or BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- Advanced Technical Certifications and ITIL Foundation v3.
