Responsibilities
- Improve manufacturing processes and support Quality Management System.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100D or ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Collaborate with Engineering to meet quality requirements in designs.
- Conduct internal audits and manage action items.
- Lead quality initiatives and develop quality teams.
- Manage customer relations and expectations.
- Drive key quality performance metrics and source inspection liaison.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in the aerospace industry.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D processes.
- Experience in high mix, low volume job shops.
- Strong communication skills for technical topics.
- Proficient in root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Experience with digital/analog measuring instruments and First Article inspections.
