Responsibilities
- Oversee design, analysis, documentation, factory integration, and on-site installation of mechanical products.
- Conduct structural analysis and machine design.
- Optimize designs for cost-effective fabrication of positioning systems.
- Perform strength of materials, static, dynamic, and thermal analysis.
- Ensure compliance with product safety standards.
- Present and engage with customers effectively.
- Manage approximately 30% domestic and international travel.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- 5+ years of applicable experience.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred).
- Experience with finite element analysis (FEA).
- Knowledge of machine design and closed-loop servo systems.
- Familiarity with precision machining and welding practices.
- Legal right to work in the U.S. and access to export-controlled information.
