Responsibilities
- Assist with implementation of new RMA production lines
- Work on existing RMA lines to improve layout, cycle time, and workflow
- Conduct Value Stream Mapping of proposed and existing lines
- Create Work Instructions
- Involved in implementation of solutions and standard work
Job Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a relevant Engineering degree program at an accredited university
- Sophomore or higher-level standing
- 3.0 GPA or higher
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to read assembly prints for assembly/disassembly of motors with training and supervision
