Responsibilities
- Develop 3D models of complex aerospace hardware.
- Prepare design concepts, sketches, layouts, and technical drawings.
- Appropriately select component materials.
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure manufacturability.
- Maintain and update BOMs.
- Generate technical reviews and other engineering documentation.
- Support cross-functional activities to maintain existing designs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in parametric CAD design and ANSI standards.
- Knowledge of material properties and manufacturing techniques.
- Familiarity with FMEAs and quality assurance processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
