Responsibilities
- Lead activities across a large matrix-managed program from concept to production.
- Build schedules, identify critical paths, and track program plans throughout execution.
- Identify risks and define mitigation strategies to address them.
- Track deliverables and dependencies for multiple groups.
- Provide clear and timely communications to multiple stakeholders.
- Drive complex issues to resolution with strong leadership skills.
- Utilize program management methodologies effectively.
Job Requirements
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage complex projects involving ASICs.
- Experience with rapid development cycles and program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficient in productivity tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Project.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and self-motivation.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
- Formal Project Management education, PMP certified.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
