Responsibilities
- Forecast cost entitlement in all phases of the product life cycle.
- Manage product cost stakeholder reviews to align product-specific inputs.
- Own input sanity, estimation process, cost reviews, and product/business unit specific modeling requirements.
- Identify and drive key product/BU specific cost improvement projects via cross-functional teams/stakeholders.
- Organize product phase-gate reviews with Ops/Engineering/Finance/BUs through the NPI phase of products.
- Actively engage with manufacturing capability and sourcing forums to align engineering and procurement objectives.
- Collaborate with BU Engineering and business leads to facilitate operational alignment during the NPI phase of products.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in product engineering and program management of complex SOCs or foundry technologies.
- Experience managing large complex and high impact engineering/business projects.
- Exposure to process technology, SOC or substrate design, and manufacturing.
- Experience with program management tools and processes.
- Proven communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Master's preferred).
- Ability to work with diverse matrix organizations and virtual teams.
