Responsibilities
- Ensure AMD has the latest packaging and connector technology.
- Collaborate with suppliers for mutual success.
- Design and evaluate packaging test vehicles.
- Conduct testing of sockets and connectors.
- Assist in scoping new development projects with Product Development Engineers.
- Analyze experimental data and communicate with team members.
- Evaluate semiconductor packaging materials.
Job Requirements
- Enrollment in a graduate program majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks and CAD.
- Experience with MATLAB and LabView.
- Background in mechanical design and drawings.
- Lab experience and familiarity with testing analyzers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
