Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans for firmware solutions.
- Review firmware requirements from product specifications.
- Collaborate with validation teams and system engineers.
- Create requirements for simulation support with simulation teams.
- Develop and execute test cases for platform initialization firmware.
- Resolve technical challenges across engineering teams.
- Employ pre and post silicon test design methodologies.
Job Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- 3+ years of BIOS/Firmware Test Plan Development/Execution experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with computer architecture.
- Experience in embedded firmware and/or device driver development.
- Familiarity with board, processor, or ASIC bring-up.
- Experience with source control systems such as git.
