Responsibilities
- Own system-level performance attainment and HW/SW optimization.
- Lead post-silicon debug, regression, performance analysis, and optimization.
- Establish methodologies for power and performance modeling, validation, and silicon bringup.
- Lead execution across multiple silicon programs to meet performance and power goals.
- Build and lead a global team of silicon design and performance engineers.
- Serve as a primary technical interface with internal senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience in silicon design engineering or related domains.
- Deep understanding of SoC architecture and performance modeling.
- Proven experience leading large, global engineering teams.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive complex technical programs.
- Experience with high performance compute, AI accelerators, or GPUs.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical or computer engineering.
