Responsibilities
- Lead and drive ODM/OEMs/Vendors to meet defined delivery schedules for New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Manage all manufacturing execution/operations for server boards, server platforms, and add-in cards.
- Drive board configuration and execute demand collection for budget estimation.
- Gather and analyze manufacturer’s quotes for build line items and partner with engineering teams for approvals.
- Chair weekly sync meetings with manufacturers to align build plans with program schedules.
- Publish and present weekly manufacturing dashboard to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate post-delivery support with vendors for rework/RMA if required.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of manufacturing engineering experience with high-volume hardware products, including leadership experience.
- Experience managing contract manufacturers and ODMs.
- Initiative in implementing new processes and procedures for continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in productivity and project tools such as Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations & Supply Chain.
