Responsibilities
- Design, develop, debug, verify, and validate firmware, software, and hardware.
- Provide consultation to customers on AMD features and programming requirements.
- Offer BIOS and software support on customer server and embedded platforms.
- Conduct customer training.
- Develop and validate BIOS/firmware on AMD platforms.
- Assist customers in solving issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement new features and resolve customer issues.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Server architecture, x86 processors, and system components.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Expertise in C programming language and hardware debugging.
- Knowledge of UEFI is a plus.
- Familiarity with RAS on AMD systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
