Responsibilities
- Create data center electrical designs and collaborate with other disciplines.
- Ensure designs meet quality and budgetary requirements.
- Work with local agencies to ensure compliance with regulations and codes.
- Review and approve equipment submittals.
- Define project scope and provide technical support during construction.
- Collaborate with commissioning teams to validate electrical systems.
- Travel to sites for reviews and audits as necessary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or 6+ years of relevant experience.
- 1+ year of experience in industrial or commercial electrical design.
- 1+ year of experience developing design documentation for construction.
- Preferred experience in data center design and understanding of critical electrical equipment.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems.
- Experience with fast track design/build projects.
