Responsibilities
- Create data center electrical designs and collaborate with other disciplines for construction documentation.
- Develop designs that meet quality and budgetary requirements.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal building codes.
- Review and approve equipment submittals.
- Define project scope and provide technical support during construction.
- Collaborate with commissioning teams for the testing and validation of electrical systems.
- Manage concurrent projects across multiple regions and conduct site reviews.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or 6+ years of relevant experience.
- 1+ year of industrial or commercial electrical design experience.
- 1+ year of experience in developing construction documentation.
- Preferred experience in data center or mission-critical facility design.
- Familiarity with critical electrical equipment and systems.
- Understanding of mechanical systems is a plus.
- Experience with fast track design/build projects is preferred.
