Responsibilities
- Own the satellite production roadmap and manage end-to-end solutions for satellite sourcing, building, testing, and launching.
- Establish the linkage between production roadmap and annual goals, creating tools to measure and optimize projects.
- Represent the production roadmap in technical assessments regarding innovation, manufacturability, and cost.
- Synchronize milestones and identify constraints across roadmap projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Develop tools and processes to enhance operational excellence across the production value stream.
- Drive executive communication and deliver insights on operations' activities, challenges, and risks.
- Measure and improve KPIs to optimize operational efficiency in manufacturing and sourcing.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
- Excellent presentation skills for executive-level communication.
- Experience in PMO teams and defining KPIs/SLA's for business performance.
