Responsibilities
- Own the satellite production roadmap for sourcing, building, testing, and launching satellites.
- Establish linkage between production roadmap and annual goals, creating tools to measure and optimize projects.
- Represent production roadmap in technical assessments regarding innovation, manufacturability, and cost.
- Understand project dependencies, synchronize milestones, and resolve constraints.
- Create tools and processes to enable operational excellence across the production value stream.
- Develop and manage the program level Production Ramp schedule.
- Drive communication and reporting mechanisms to provide insights into operations.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years of project management experience including risk and critical path management.
- Executive-level presentation skills and experience in PMO teams.
- Ability to advocate for customers and solve complex problems in ambiguous situations.
