Responsibilities
- Develop and implement reliability test plans for satellite hardware components.
- Perform stress screening, environmental testing, and failure analysis.
- Collaborate with design engineers to implement design for reliability best practices.
- Investigate manufacturing non-conformances and field hardware failures.
- Utilize reliability modeling and simulation tools to predict hardware performance.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
- 5+ years of experience in hardware reliability engineering.
- Knowledge of reliability engineering principles and environmental testing.
- Proficiency in failure analysis techniques and electronics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Team-player with strong communication skills.
- Preferred experience with project management and proficiency in Python.
