Responsibilities
- Design, develop, review, and release new delivery stations and improve existing ones.
- Provide expertise on engineering design including material flow and building layout.
- Collaborate with various teams including Design Managers and Finance.
- Lead design benchmark initiatives and ensure design quality control.
- Implement new design standards and solutions for process improvement.
- Facilitate cross-functional project reviews for design solutions.
- Travel up to 25% for project needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in Design, Construction, Architecture, or related fields.
- Experience in logistics or manufacturing environments.
- Preferred MBA or Master's in relevant fields.
- Knowledge of design tools like AutoCAD and Solidworks.
- Skills in Process Engineering and Project Management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
