Responsibilities
- Develop, augment, and support integration and testing of satellite components.
- Collaborate with avionics, payload, and software teams to design test plans and prepare for execution.
- Own integration campaigns and work with engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver tested spacecraft.
- Communicate across teams to identify product risks and address them for mission success.
- Innovate hardware and processes to improve testing capabilities.
- Execute test campaigns on complex aerospace systems.
- Navigate a development environment effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, computer science, or related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on testing experience and design/validation of hardware systems.
- Experience developing and executing test plans for aerospace, automotive, or consumer electronics systems.
- 1+ years of scripting or programming experience (Python, MATLAB, C, Labview).
- Solid understanding of engineering and testing fundamentals.
- Preferred experience with established space hardware test processes and technical leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
