Responsibilities
- Develop, augment, and support integration and testing of satellite components and systems.
- Collaborate with avionics, payload, and software teams to gather requirements and design test plans.
- Own integration campaigns and work with engineers and developers to ensure a thoroughly tested spacecraft.
- Communicate across teams to identify and address product risks for mission success.
- Innovate hardware and processes to improve testing capabilities.
- Execute test campaigns for complex aerospace, automotive, or consumer electronics systems.
- Navigate a development environment and apply critical thinking to complex testing situations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, computer science, or related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on testing experience and hardware systems work experience.
- Experience in developing and executing test plans for complex systems.
- 1+ years of scripting or programming experience (Python, MATLAB, C, Labview).
- Solid understanding of engineering and testing fundamentals.
- Preferred experience with established Space Hardware test processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead small groups through product development or test campaigns.
