Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of robotic systems in fulfillment centers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to robotic equipment and systems.
- Lead a team of engineers during deployments and manage project scopes.
- Develop process documentation and modify existing processes for new products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including third-party installers and IT.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance deployment processes.
- Ensure compliance with performance indicators related to delivery, cost, and quality.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering or closely related STEM field.
- 3+ years of experience with mechanical, electrical, IT networked, or software systems.
- 2+ years of experience reading CAD models and resolving on-site clash issues.
- 1+ years of experience troubleshooting robotics or complex mechanical-electrical systems.
- Strong communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 75%) for project deployments.
- Proficiency in data collection and decision-making based on data analysis.
