Responsibilities
- Deliver and maintain critical robotic capabilities in the fulfillment network.
- Motivate, reward, and coach a diverse team of engineers.
- Contribute to architecture and design discussions.
- Participate in troubleshooting exercises and drive technical post-mortem discussions.
- Set a vision for the team and create product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Quality organizations for smooth production.
- Manage project timelines and cross-team projects.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with robotic hardware systems.
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- 3+ years of experience in system architecture and design.
- MS in a robotics-related discipline (preferred).
- Deployment experience in industrial automation or robotics (preferred).
- Strong network of vendors and suppliers (preferred).
