Responsibilities
- Deliver and maintain critical robotic capabilities in the fulfillment network.
- Act as a people manager, motivating and coaching a diverse team.
- Keep technical skills current for architecture and design discussions.
- Participate in troubleshooting and technical post-mortem discussions.
- Set a vision for the team and create product roadmaps.
- Manage project delivery of product roadmap items and cross-team projects.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Quality organizations for smooth production.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with robotic hardware systems.
- Experience in product or program management collaboration.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- 3+ years of experience in system architecture and design.
- Preferred MS in a robotics-related discipline.
- Experience in deploying industrial automation or robotics products.
- Strong network of vendors, suppliers, and integrators.
