Responsibilities
- Build bench-top and rack-mounted test setups from schematics and diagrams.
- Modify custom test harnesses and fixtures for payload hardware tests.
- Conduct operational tests and fault isolation on test setups.
- Assist in developing lab processes and equipment scheduling.
- Validate and optimize RF lab setups with measurement equipment.
- Configure test equipment for automated operations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on capital equipment procurement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or 2+ years of relevant experience.
- 2+ years in RF design/verification with launched products.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with RF standards in cellular and broadband wireless.
- Knowledge of satellite communication challenges.
- Experience in wireless system design/integration.
- Understanding of communications theory and RF systems.
