Responsibilities
- Develop and implement reliability test plans for satellite hardware components.
- Perform stress screening, environmental testing, and failure analysis.
- Collaborate with design engineers to implement design for reliability best practices.
- Investigate manufacturing non-conformances and hardware failures.
- Utilize reliability modeling and simulation tools to predict hardware performance.
- Prepare detailed reliability reports and present findings to teams.
- Stay current with industry trends and propose process improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant engineering fields.
- 2+ years of experience in hardware reliability engineering.
- Knowledge of reliability engineering principles and methods.
- Familiarity with environmental testing and failure analysis techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Preferred experience with interdisciplinary teams and proficiency in Python.
