Responsibilities
- Lead and implement large-scale technical solutions across multiple facilities and regions.
- Support training, quality checks, and best practice initiatives and policies.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
- Manage complex technical projects from conception to implementation.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise across multiple platforms and technologies.
- Analyze network data to identify key offenders and partner with sites to deliver improvements.
- Review metrics and support continuous improvement projects to enhance uptime and maintenance effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, operations engineering, manufacturing engineering, or project engineering in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with managing third-party vendors.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma and lean manufacturing principles.
- Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Ability to travel up to 70%.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
