Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers to resolve in-service problems for drone delivery systems.
- Act as the liaison between operations and engineering for system improvements.
- Develop prototypes for Operational Support Equipment.
- Ensure high reliability in drone operations through collaboration with design engineering.
- Analyze data-driven insights to identify and implement system improvements.
- Maintain relationships with drone maintainers and operators to enhance system use experience.
- Communicate technical insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering team management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of engineering experience in aerospace or related technical field.
- Experience in DFx (cost, test, manufacturing).
- Experience managing technical projects.
- Strong fundamentals in mechanical, electrical, and software development.
- Effective technical communication and documentation skills.
