Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the full test lifecycle from design to execution and data review.
- Design and build automated test systems, including instrumentation and software integration.
- Develop test plans, specifications, and acceptance criteria for electronic and mechanical components.
- Perform PCBA testing, debugging, and failure analysis.
- Manage test system configuration control and change processes.
- Lead verification, validation, and environmental testing.
- Support component and system-level troubleshooting.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and building automated test systems.
- Experience in hardware development and software/hardware systems integration.
- Expertise in test automation software development and test system troubleshooting.
- Preferred knowledge of SolidWorks simulation or Ansys Finite Element analysis tools.
- 7+ years of engineering experience is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading test campaigns for electrical/mechanical devices and PCBAs.
